Google Maps for Android and iOS provides you with a new service that will help you remember where you parked your vehicle.
The new service of Google Maps δεν έχει φτάσει ακόμα στη Ελλάδα, αλλά αναμένεται ανά πάσα στιγμή, καθώς λειτουργεί ήδη σε αρκετές χώρες. Για τους χρήστες των Android, πατήστε την μπλε κουκίδα και στη συνέχεια πατήστε “Save your Parking” (Αποθηκεύστε την θέση στάθμευσής σας) για να προσθέσετε την location parking on the map. You will see a relevant tag to quickly locate your car. At any time, tap this tag to open your parking card, where you can add additional details about your parking space. You can add a note like "level 3, slot 35", add the amount of time left until the timer expires (or even get a notification reminder 15 minutes before it expires), save an image from the parking slot, and send it to friends.
On iOS, the new mode they are quite similar. Tap the blue dot and then tap "Set as parking location" to add your parking location to the map. Tap on the parking tag on the map to open your parking card and do similar things like share with your friends or view photos of your parking space. If you connect to your car via USB audio or bluetooth, your parking location will be automatically added to the map once you disconnect and exit the vehicle.
