The Electronic Crime Prosecution Directorate filed a case file against 23ron, for pornography on the Internet
The Cybercrime Prosecution Directorate of the Hellenic Police has filed a case against a 23-year-old man from Jordan, for child pornography.
Ειδικότερα, η διερεύνηση της υπόθεσης ξεκίνησε ύστερα από καταγγελία 38χρονης ημεδαπής, μητέρα ανήλικης, στη Διεύθυνση Δίωξης Ηλεκτρονικού Εγκλήματος, σύμφωνα με την οποία άγνωστο άτομο είχε έρθει σε επικοινωνία με την ανήλικη κόρης της, μέσω της ιστοσελίδας κοινωνικής δικτύωσης «Facebook», ενώ της απέστειλε άσεμνες photos of him, urging her to do the same.
In addition, according to the complainants, at a meeting between them, this person attempted to scam at the expense of the minor.
In the context of the confidentiality of communications, following a petition issued by the competent Prosecutor's Offices, the electronic traces of 23 chronology were identified, namely that he was the manager of the facebook profile in question and who had a telephone connection that had been in contact with the minor.
Also, during the investigations, one was found and seized mobile phone and one portable computer, which will be sent to the Forensic Laboratories for further examination.
