Although this news does not have a direct impact on the final Greek customers who wish to buy a machine or Honda brand, its strategic alliance s with FCF Pay, underlines on the one hand Honda's commitment to innovation, on the other hand the consolidation of cryptocurrencies as a means s from another large industrial giant.

Honda's collaboration with FCF Pay is obviously aimed at its direct customer companies which are the dealerships around the world. Whether this way will reach the final consumer is another story. However, Honda now accepts the digital currencies Bitcoin, Ethereum, Ripple, Shiba Inu and Dogecoin.

The full list of cryptocurrencies accepted by Honda was announced by the FCF Pay on Twitter/X.

Honda is not the first Japanese automaker to enter the world of cryptocurrency. SBI Motor has previously embraced Bitcoin payments, while global electric vehicle leader Tesla made headlines by accepting Bitcoin and Dogecoin for vehicle purchases.

Nissan, another Japanese automaker, is also exploring cryptocurrency adoption. And the influence of cryptocurrencies extends beyond the automotive sector.

HSBC, a British banking giant, has partnered with FCF Pay, allowing cryptocurrency users to pay mortgages and loans with digital assets including XRP, Shiba Inu and Dogecoin.

As cryptocurrency payments evolve, these ground-breaking initiatives will reshape the financial and commercial landscapes, offering new horizons and possibilities to consumers around the world.
