On 10 December, during 2019's Patch Tuesday December, Microsoft accidentally released the KB4532441 Autopilot cum update for Windows to all users running Windows 10.
Luckily the update didn't cause any damage but it's not necessary and, in my opinion, the less unnecessary updates you have installed on Windows, the better.

Then right-click on the KB4532441 list entry and confirm the question if “Are you sure you want to uninstall this update?”. You should then click on the “Yes” button and then do a resetmovement of your device.
