KickassTorrents' popular "mirror" KAT.am has appeared online again. This time, however, he is asking for credit card information cards (!) to allow you to download something, which you ultimately have no idea what it is.
After a brief outage, the domain appeared online again. But while the webσελίδα φαίνεται σαν ένα πλήρως λειτουργικό mirror του KickassTorrents ζητάει από τους επισκέπτες του να δημιουργήσουν ένα account, if they want to download something.
KAT.am was one of the first mirrors that appeared and claimed to have had a copy of the original KAT database. After several publications on high-profile new high-tech sites, the site became well-known and, as it seems, the crooks did not leave the opportunity to go missing.
So, at first glance, the site looks like KAT, no one can download anything unless it makes an account.

The page enrollments redirects to a scammy portal, requiring you to enter their credit card details if you want a free trial.
Needless to say, this is not KickassTorrents, and it has all the hallmarks of a classic "Pay to Download" scam.
