Facebook is debuting Lasso, a TikTok mini-video app that is geared towards teens and is now available to everyone.
In a bid to recapture the platform's youth, Facebook pulled out a TikTok clone. It is about Lasso application, which allows you to share short videos. It looks like Facebook has been working on this app with a little team community members, since October, as it is already full of content. From November 9th it is available for iOS and Android.
Facebook describes Lasso as an app that "makes it easy for anyone to create and share short, fun videos with effects." The app allows users to follow other creators, search for content using hashtags, and create new, short videos using a range of tools. The manufacturing company points out that the application includes a “huge music bookcase".
Because the Lasso app is owned by Facebook, it integrates into the company's ecosystem, so you can sign in using an account Instagram ή Facebook (ή να δημιουργήσετε έναν, αν έχετε καταφέρει να αποφύγετε την πλατφόρμα μέχρι τώρα). Η εφαρμογή θα πρέπει να έχει πρόσβαση στη σελίδα προφίλ σας, photos and video. When you create your own videos in Lasso, you'll be able to share them directly to Facebook as well. A similar compatibility with Instagram is expected to come by the end of 2018.
