The two companies will present a new "family" of hyperconverged devices based on Lenovo's top business systems, which are ranked number one in 1 satisfaction and customer 2 reliability and will be powered by Nutanix's award-winning software. The combined solution, which features several of the latest Intel® technologies, can support any workload, including business applications, databases, virtual desktops, and Big Data Analytics with improved performance and scalability.
To take advantage of the rapidly growing demand for hyperconvergence devices, Lenovo has made significant investments in an exclusive, dedicated global sales team. The combinational solution will also be sold through Lenovo's worldwide partners as well as in Lenovo's wider sales teams. In addition, Lenovo and Nutanix are planning significant investments in the platform's engineering and development, as well as an aggressive sales policy.
