Meta, the parent company of Facebook is ready to sign a major acquisition agreement of a Greek startup.
According to what is heard, the company that is interested in the largest social network It's Greek Accusonus, which is active in the development of audio-video processing software, and is based in Patras.
The purchase, according to information, will not exceed 100 million euros and will concern all the shares of the company founded by Alexandros Tsilfidis, Elias Kokkinis and Michalis Tzannes.
So far the Greek company has obtained several equity capitals from two funding rounds.
It will be interesting to see the developments, but also to find out where Meta thinks to use the know-how of the Greek startup.
