Three Illinois residents have filed a lawsuit against Microsoft over data loss and damage to their computers during upgrade in Windows 10.
It's been two years since Microsoft began to press its customers tightly for her upgrade to Windows 10. The complaints submitted this time concern this behavior of the company and appear to be well documented. 
These specific charges blame Microsoft for wasting time for users, losing money, damaged software, hardware, and mental suffering for all this after upgrade to Windows 10.
At present, 100 users of the operating and sue claim over $ 5 million as compensation, except for trial and interest costs.
The lead complainant, Stephanie Watson, says she never chose to upgrade to Windows 10 and that when she did, she lost her data work her. She then turned to Geek Squad to repair her computer. But the company could not solve the issue with "complete success", so it bought another system.
Robert Saiger says he has accepted the upgrade, but claims to have lost data, "time and money, and everything was getting worse when he tried to recover his data."
Ο Howard Goldberg also approved the upgrade but says the "computer was damaged" because Windows 10 was not installed properly. Goldberg paid someone to repair his computer because it was out of warranty and is claiming his lost data, time and money, as well as the computer itself.
The complaint claims Windows 10 is a consumer product under US law and accuses Microsoft of being aware that the upgrade could cause data loss and hardware damage.
