H Compulab he said the MintBox Mini 2, an upgrade of a miniature desktop computer running Mint Linux. The biggest upgrade from the first version of the MintBox Mini is in the processor, as the company changed AMD with a quad-core Intel Celeron J3455.
The image above shows that the Mini 2 is slightly larger than a mouse, but in its base configuration (which costs $299) it has 4GB of RAM, a 64GB solid-state drive, and a CPU from the “Apollo Lake".
For $50 more, you can get the Pro version, which has twice the RAM and more storage capacity (120GB). MintBox Mini 2 has one USB 3.0 and two USB 2.0 ports, HDMI output and a port Gigabit Ethernet.
If wired is not preferred connection on the Internet, the Mini 2 has built-in Wi-Fi 802.11ac, and Bluetooth support.
