Google continues to change the design of its products and it looks like its updated version YouTube it reaches wherever it is. If you don't want to wait to see the new design when it's released, follow the steps below in Google Chrome.
Before you can see the new design, you should use Chrome and visit the American version of the site instead of the local version.
So open the address
https://www.youtube.com/?gl=US
Using the three buttons ctrl + shift + i open the developer tools
Go to tab "Resources" and so on delete the VISITOR_INFO1_LIVE cookie that exists under domain of YouTube.
From the Chrome console, empty any other previous command and run it below to specify the cookie VISITOR_INFO1_LIVE:
document.cookie="VISITOR_INFO1_LIVE=Qa1hUZu3gtk;path=/?domain=.youtube.com";
The new plan will appear, but you do not need to be logged in to see it. If you are and follow the instructions above, to see the new design, log out.
