The Thessaloniki Urban Transport Organization (OASTH) collaborated with Google maps and now you can see the bus schedules, stops, routes and many other information.

According to an announcement by the OASTH Organization, Google maps will now display all the necessary information for your travel with city buses in the co-capital.

The stops, the routes, the arrival of the buses, the routes and in general any information regarding the routes of the OASTH, can now be found in the Google Maps application.

With this information, the passenger public has direct access to the Organization's data, through the maps.

Thus, a person who is in Thessaloniki and does not know how to move, will have a "digital assistant" next to him, to guide him by "showing" him alternative ways of moving.

"OASTH is evolving. Already joined free Google maps. We are putting an end to the deficit that existed in informing the passengers of the Organization", declares the president and managing director of OASTH Costas Tagiris and adds: "From now on all passengers, but especially the younger ones, who systematically use the new technologies, they will have correct and complete information about their movements in Thessaloniki".

As Mr. Tangiris underlines, "this tool will also be particularly useful for students, especially those who are not from Thessaloniki, as they will be able to have immediate and complete information on their mobile phone about their means of transportation, whether by bus OASTH either on foot or in other ways".
