On a corporate computer, where users had a requirement to convert a pdf file to word, for the purpose of later processing of, we found ourselves in a dilemma as to how this could be done quickly, easily and in correct Greek.
Of course, due to the fact that the computer was in-company and not private, the first requirement was that it should not be installed in any way, no "cracked" program, nor any that would be freeware for private individuals and at the same time require payment for companies.
So we found ourselves looking for it Internet for 100% free programs (both for individuals and companies), or for shareware programs (where we would have to install them shortly after using them) or finally for online free programs.
Trust us, we tried a lot, some allowed us to convert only 20% of the pdf and then required payment, in others the Greek font was for crying out loud and in others they asked emails with the fear that the spams will start later....
We ended up with these two free online tools because they have done our job:
quickly, no installation of a program,
safe, without the requirement to write a contact email and thus we avoided spams, plus the files that came to us did not have any type, virus, malware, advertising, etc. Especially at this point we chose online services from companies that marketed their programs and not everything was completely free. The sale of these programs means that behind the free online services there is a serious company and we have not fallen for some sophisticated hackers.

Of course, as you will see they have some limits - limits on what you will send them but we believe that they are quite large and cover a wide range of pdf texts.

We had to unlock the pdf file in which the lock did not allow any intervention… we used:

Our archive contained Greek font, exel tables and photos. The file that came online was 100% right with the exel table, its Greek and the light.
