Microsoft: New Outlook com in the coming weeks

Microsoft has been testing a beta version of the electronic for six months her .com and apparently the time has come to roll it out to all users of the service, according to statements made on March 14.Outlook

Outlook.com users will be taken to the new version of the service "in the coming weeks" according to reports in a post. As part of the development, Microsoft is also launching a new beta for Outlook.com Calendar features as well as People (Contacts) according to same post on the company blog.

Updated Outlook.com has more colors, is much more customizable, and provides easier and better ways to categorize emails, access settings, and access plugins.

Microsoft has also announced the integration of Skype into Outlook.com e-mail, facilitating instant chats or speech through Outlook.com.

The updated Outlook.com will give users options to turn the Focused Inbox and Conversation View features on or off. Boomerang, Evernote, GIPHY, Gfycat, Microsoft plugins will be supported , MojiLaLa, PayPal, Trello, and many more found in the Office Store.

The new Calendar beta, (available to all Outlook.com users starting today), shows events and details much faster, according to the post, and the new People/contacts beta new profiles designed to facilitate the creation, viewing and editing of contacts and lists.

Outlook.com users can try out the new features of Outlook.com, Calendar and Contacts by selecting the "Try beta" menu in the upper right corner of Inbox.

Once new features are available, Microsoft will automatically update all existing Outlook.com users to the new version (without any user action) in the new Mail, Calendar, and People versions.
