H hacking ομάδα Pangu μόλις ανακοίνωσε επίσημα το jailbreak για συσκευές της Apple με iOS 9.1, Μαζί με το νέο tool, they also presented a teaser for the jailbreak for 4th generation Apple TV devices, which will be released next week.
The jailbreak is available on Pangu's official website and only works for 64bit versions of iPad devices, iPhone and iPod Touch.
The point of course is that Apple has stopped providing iOS 9.1 to those who want to upgrade, so no one can downgrade in this version anymore.
This means that only those who chose to continue using 9.1 or forgot to update their operating system can use the Pangu jailbreak.
Hackers report for their jailbreak that they were able to exploit a bug in the iOS 9.1 kernel. This bug has been fixed in the next version of 9.2 in iOS.
