The case file that was formed was submitted to the competent Prosecution Authorities, while at the same time their participation in other similar fraudulent acts is being investigated, with the same course of action, against the clients of banking institutions.
On this occasion, the Cybercrime Prosecution Directorate advises citizens - internet users not to be persuaded by e-mails and to provide personal passwords (username and password) as well as the additional security code, if they are not sure that they are in a physical bank environment.
