How to Publish GIFs on Twitter

GIF images are now moving on the Twitter website as well as on Android and iPhone devices. However, it seems that you can only publish them via the Twitter.com website, not even tablets.

Step 1: Find the GIF of your choice.

A quick way to find a good GIF is on the page Giphy. Once you find one, select it and save it to your computer.

Step 2: Create a tweet.

You can compose a tweet through Twitter's homepage, or by going to your own profile.

Step 3: Click on “Add photo".

Once you save the GIF on your computer, you can select and load it the same way you would with a normal image.

Step 4: Post

Once you've published the GIF, you can choose to play or be stopped, just like with Vine videos
