The Pi Zero is currently the smallest computer the company has built, and it packs enough power and components to match other Appliances of the Pi family. In fact, it is half the size of the A + model released last year, but offers twice the performance.
So for 5 dollars, you can get a Broadcom BCM2835 processor that is 40 percent faster than Raspberry Pi 1 and 512MB RAM.
