Redo Rescue Live CD for backups

Redo Rescue is a live CD based on Ubuntu that features software that backs up, restores, and restores your system from crashes.

It has an easy-to-use graphical program for the bare-metal backup and recovery on hard partitions , on external hard drives but also on shared networks.

The CD also contains several popular data recovery programs and a program on the Web.

The distribution, originally called Redo Backup & Recovery, stopped growing after a release in late 2012, but was finally revived in 2020 by project Redo Rescue.
