Η Samsung stopped sales of the Galaxy Notes 7 και φέρεται να ανακοίνωσε “εθελοντική” ανάκληση του προϊόντος. Σύμφωνα με την εταιρεία η “εθελοντική” ανάκληση θα ξεκινήσει την 19η Σεπτεμβρίου σε 10 countries.
Samsung has announced that there have been 35 cases of faulty batteries all over the world and that Galaxy Note 7 sold devices will be replaced voluntarily.
The official announcement was made today, at duration of a press conference in Seoul, South Korea.
It should be mentioned that the company with the strange term "voluntary" revocation tries not to take all the responsibility that belongs to it.
Normally since the percentage of devices experiencing battery issues is higher than expected and it did theme the company would have to replace all devices sold regardless of whether the battery is working or not.
Naturally, such a measure will have a significant impact on the company as well as on consumers, given that Samsung has already marketed 1 million devices world-wide.
