Although no release date has been announced yet, Sony has revealed that the upcoming device virtualof reality that he is preparing has name: PlayStation VR.
The device today was known by the code name 'Project Morpheus'. Sony announced the new name at an SCEJA Japan press conference today, and didn't give any details other than a short promotional trailer.

The company said that attendees of the event will be able to test the new device, and that they will start with it presentation of the device from Japan around the end of September.
Η price of the PlayStation VR virtual reality device and its availability has not been announced by the company which has vaguely stated that it will be released sometime in 2016.
