Tenet filled the internet with fake torrents

The official premiere of Tenet has caused a stir on pirate websites. There seems to be a lot of interest in the film and some are taking advantage of the fact. Thousands of people have been deceived by downloading fake copies of the film.

Millions of people around the world were waiting for the release of Christopher Nolan 's science fiction thrillerTenet.'

The film was scheduled to be released in July, but, after several delays due to the pandemic, Warner Bros. announced that the premiere will take place before the end of August.

This week, Tenet premiered in many countries, such as , Canada, the , Germany, South Korea and the United Kingdom.

But those who decided to watch the movie at home and tried to download one they stepped on her. All the pirate websites are filled with fake copies of Tenet.

This is of course not a new phenomenon. Almost all popular movies have fake torrent copies for obvious reasons.

These fake releases can lead to all kinds of malware, viruses, or something even worse. There are also relatively harmless ones but usually someone uploads the fake torrent for personal gain.

Generally, these fake torrents are boosted by fake seeders. So while there seem to be thousands of "real" seeders, they are not human.
