Η Toshiba announced its first laptop to feature a 4K resolution display. This is the Satellite P55t model, which will have a 15,6-inch screen with a resolution of 3840 x 2160 pixels.
More specifically, Toshiba's P55t is one of the first notebook systems to feature 4K Ultra HD image rendering capability. The touch screen of the system is 15,6 inches diagonal, with a density of 282 ppi (pixels per inch) and technology TruBrite. At the same time, it is the first screen to receive Technicolor certification.
According to Toshiba, these specific features allow the screen to render images and colors as realistically as possible. In addition, each laptop will have a built-in application 'Chroma Tune' which will allow users to choose from a range of different color profiles, the one that best suits their needs.
