Twitter has just announced once again the very disappointing figures of the company's profits but also an interesting collaboration that could help in its development.
The Twitter will start working with its platform Google, DoubleClick to improve the way its ads perform, and to promote them.
The advertisers θα μπορούν πλέον να αγοράσουν tweets μέσω της υπηρεσίας ανταλλαγής διαφημίσεων της Google, DoubleClick. Η συνεργασία είναι πολύ πιθανό να βοηθήσει το Τwitter να πουλήσει περισσότερες advertisements, λόγω της τεράστιας πελατειακής της baseof Google, but also the "conveniences" offered by the DoubleClick platform (details, etc.).
"We want advertisers to be aware of actions beyond the webσελίδαof them, clicks on platforms like ours (eg, retweets) and the role they play in determining a campaign's ROI,” Twitter said on its blog.
This is not the first time Twitter and Google have come so close… Earlier this year, the two companies reached an agreement on tweets appearing in Google search results.
Twitter also announced that it has acquired a marketing company called TellApart to help its advertisers again to understand how effective their campaigns are.
