Microsoft just released the updated application PC Health Check for all users. You can download it without having to be Insiders.

At the end of August, Microsoft released an updated version PC Health Check app preview but only for Windows Insiders. The new version improves the Windows 11 eligibility check feature with more complete and improved eligibility information. It also offers links to related support articles that include possible recovery steps.
Now, after collecting feedback from Insiders and additional updates to the new supported processors, Microsoft has re-launched the PC Health Check app for all users. You do not need to be an Insider to access it.
