A survey conducted by team consumers Which? reveals that at least 50% of all users Windows 10 have encountered some bug in the Microsoft operating system.
21% of respondents said compatibility problems software are most common on Windows 10, as their applications do not work properly or at all, while 16% report hardware problems, such as printers and speakers of their systems.
Other bugs reported by users include out-of-sync email accounts, lost personal files, system crashes, or even a complete crash of Windows.
So Which? urges Microsoft to "respect the rights of its users and, if necessary, to pay compensation to those who have encountered a problem with the installation of Windows 10."
Which? says it has already contacted Microsoft to point out the growing number of complaints it has received from Windows 10 users, and Microsoft has said it will "consider the proposals."
“We want to make sure our customers get the right support they need to have a better Windows update experience. We will continue to review our customers' issues on a case-by-case basis to ensure even one-on-one assistance for resolution where possible. In addition to Which?, members are very important to us, so we are currently looking at ways we can work together in the future to ensure they get the support they need in an easy and fast way," Microsoft told Which? .
Which? on the other hand he says that consumers should receive quality updates, pointing out that the patches don't work and have problems, their computers should be repaired for free.
Users should also be able to choose whether or not to receive updates, which is not currently the case with Windows 10 Home.
