Windows 10 build 14376 for PC released through the Windows program Insider continues to fix bugs and bring performance improvements before the public release of the Anniversary Update next month.

Download the file to computer you.
Then download ESD Decrypter from the following link:

Export the ESD Decrypter to any folder and place the ESD file in the same folder.
Now turn right click in the decrypt.cmd file and run it as an administrator. 
When the blue window opens, type 1 and press enter to start ISO creation.
Sit comfortably and wait until the procedure is over.
