As with all major Windows 10 updates, some of the features have been removed or are waiting to be removed in an upcoming release.

We should mention that in the upcoming changes there is no big one, such as the removal of the feature homegroup brought the Windows 10 April 2018 Update

Features that are no longer in development
The company says nothing about the classic Paint that stopped being supported by the Fall Creators Update in 2017. Paint will be removed, but Microsoft has revealed that it will move the app to the Windows Store.
Microsoft states that the Companion device dynamic lock API, replaced by Dynamic Lock and OneSync service, no longer developed as Outlook app syncing exists.
Probably the most popular application that Microsoft is preparing to replace with the upcoming Snip & Sketch application is Snipping Tool, as mentioned in an earlier post.
