Microsoft has just released Windows 10 Insider Preview Build 18309 (19H1) for Insiders registered with Fast Ring.
The new version primarily focuses on creating password-free sign-in options, but it also corrects several bugs from previous versions of Windows.
If you are an Insider in Fast Ring, you can upgrade to build 18309 from Settings - Update & Security - Windows Update.
In the 18305 version, Windows users using Windows 10 Home could try the Windows Hello PIN that looks similar to resetting the password on the web. This feature is now available for testing for all versions of Windows 10 (yes only for Insiders).
In build 18305, Microsoft is also testing a new way to create a password-free account using just one phone number.
This feature was only available in Window 10 Home, but is now available for all versions of Windows 10.
Using this method, users can connect to Windows 10 with a phone number for the first time without having to create a password. Then they can use Windows Hello Face, PIN, or Fingerprint for the next links.
