In Windows 10, it is possible to set 8 more Colourthe ones that will appear in Personalization – Colors or Personalization – Colors in the Settings app. This can be done with a simple Registry tweak. In this article, we will see how it can be done. The Windows 10 Settings application reads the following key:

Open Registry Editor. (Press the two Win + R keys together and in the box that appears, type regedit and press OK) Follow the path for the key:
If this key does not exist by default, create yourself one
In Accents key, create a new subkey named 0. So you will have the following path:
In key 0, create a new subkey named Theme0. So you will have the following path:
On the Theme0 subkey, create a new 32-bit DWORD value that will be named Color. This value is the color expressed in the ABGR format, ie Alpha, Blue, Green, Red color channels.
You can edit the value to specify your custom color.
For example, you can add a blue color by changing its data SpecialColor in price FF FF 00 00. Now you can set 7 extra colors using the same method as described above.
You must specify the color value in the following registry keys:
In each Theme * subkey, you should create a 32-bit DWORD value named Color with the color value in ABGR format as mentioned above. Once you have set all the desired colors, you may need to restart your computer.
Now, if you open the Settings app you should see all the colors you have added. That's it. Note that this feature only works with the latest build ie 10162 released in Slow and Fast Ring.
