Microsoft has announced that July 29 will be the date end of free offer to upgrade to Windows 10. However, today the company announced that the free upgrade promo will continue to apply to users who use assistive technologies.
So according to the company they will be allowed to install the new one functional system without having to pay any license fee.

Daniel Hubbell Microsoft says:

We want to clarify that the deadline does not apply to customers who use assistive technologies. Or we are committed to ensuring that users of assistive technologies have the opportunity to upgrade to Windows 10 for free. ”

The company from Redmond did not give more details about how Windows users with assistive technologies can have the free offer but promised to provide more information in the coming weeks.
