Since then, the company has boosted them with Wi-Fi and Bluetooth support, and has improved GPIO performance for Raspberry Pi 2, said Steve Teixeira, Operations Manager of Microsoft's Operations Systems, in one publication.
Windows 10 IoT Core is one of the seven versions of Windows 10, along with Home, Pro, Mobile, Education and more.
To use this Internet of Things (IoT) build of Windows, you'll need a separate computer running the July 29th build of Windows, also known as build 10240, and the Visual Studio 2015.
