The Windows 10 October 2018 Update will come as build 1809, and Microsoft plans to sign the RTM on September 25th, with plans to start making it available to the public in the first few days of October. If all goes according to plan, Microsoft will release the build it plans to release to the public on September 14 at Insiders.
