Windows 10 October 2018 Backup & Restore do not work

An Error in Windows 10 October 2018 Update (1809 version) is corrupting the backup tool. Yes, the issues of this release do not say stop, despite Microsoft's ongoing efforts.

In a post on Forums Microsoft, many users confirm that they can not back up their data as the process fails with a number of bugs. One of these is 0x80070013. Below you find two of the forum posts.

Please note that Microsoft withdrew System Image Backup from the Fall Creators Update and advised users to use backup applications from other third parties.

However, users claim that everything worked fine until they update to the Windows 10 October 2018 version.

Έχω το ίδιο πρόβλημα με το Backup and Restore στον υπολογιστή μου (Windows 10) που τρέχει με την τελευταία έκδοση του 1809. Μετά την restitution σε προηγούμενη έκδοση του Windows 10 (April 2018 update έκδοση 1803), το program backup doesn't exist and it works again.

However company runs to collect the uncollected. The development team has already released a fix for Insiders, but testing is still ongoing and not available information about when the 1809 version could be allowed to be installed again.
