In Windows 10, there is a way to restart the operating system quickly and start directly in the troubleshooting options.
It will be very useful if you have an issue that you can not fix in the normal Windows 10 environment. 
For example, you may need to replace or delete some files that are in use. It's a really good alternative to one bootable DVD or USB stick.
To quickly start your computer in Safe Mode with Command Prompt in Windows 10, follow the instructions below.
Open the Start menu.
Click the button and move your mouse pointer over the restart point, but do not click.
Press and hold it key Shift on the keyboard, and then click Restart.
Just make sure you hold down the Shift key before clicking Restart.
The operating system will restart with advanced boot options. From there, it's easy to get into safe mode.
Click Troubleshoot.
Click Advanced Options on the next screen.
Finally, click Command Prompt or Command Line.
Your computer will restart and then you will be asked to select the account you want to log in
Once you're logged in, the line orders it will open with administrator rights.
