Windows 7 began to display warnings

Microsoft has begun to alert users of the Windows 7 operating system to the upcoming support fee that will take place in January of 2020. This particular Microsoft behavior was expected and we reported it to previous publication.

Windows 7

The notification states that Windows 7 support comes to an end and that Microsoft recommends upgrading to a newer operating system version as soon as possible.

At the end of the notification there is a "learn more" link that leads users to one support page Microsoft that lists additional details about the end of Windows 7 support.

Microsoft of course promotes Windows 10 as a recommended upgrade for Windows 7 users, but at the same time it also states that buying a new PC is the best way to get the most out of the new system.

The company he says:

Θα μπορούσατε να συνεχίσετε να χρησιμοποιείτε τον υπολογιστή σας που τρέχει με Windows 7, χωρίς ενημερώσεις λογισμικού και s, but will be at greater risk of infection by viruses and malware. The best way to stay safe is to upgrade to Windows 10. And the best way to use Windows 10 is with a new PC. Installing Windows 10 on your older device is possible but not recommended.

This notice appears if you install the KB4493132 update. If you remove this update, the warning will no longer appear on your device.

However, you can turn off the alert as it has a deactivation option. This can prevent this behavior without necessarily removing the update.

Windows 7 will end their support for 14 January 2020. Currently, the operating system runs at 35% of computers all over the world.
