Η Microsoft παρουσίασε στην Build 2015, τo νέο χαρακτηριστικό των Windows Phone που ονομάζεται Continuum, εξηγώντας ότι οποιαδήποτε συσκευή που λειτουργεί με Windows 10 μπορεί τώρα να γίνει ένας πλήρης φορητός υπολογιστής με μια απλή σύνδεση σε μια εξωτερική οθόνη.
The Continuum is designed to provide you with seamless work when using your mobile phone but you need to work with documents or anything else that requires a larger screen.
All you need to do is connect your phone to an external display and the device with a mouse and keyboard, and your mobile will automatically operate all applications so that it makes you feel like when you are working on a normal computer.
This is made possible by the technique of universal apps, which allow PC and smartphone apps to share most of the code, so that they carry more or less the same features on all devices. Word, Excel, Power point and Outlook are just some of the applications that will provide you with this feature through Continuum.
Unfortunately, not all phones will benefit from this great feature. Mr. Joe Belfiore stated that the cell phones require special hardware in their hardware, which will only be available on the top devices that will be released after the launch of Windows 10, so if you already have a Windows Phone device, you will not be able to use Continuum.
