From today, mobile live streaming will be available to YouTube creators who have more than 10.000 subscribers to their channels. Those who do not meet the above condition will have access in the feature soon, but YouTube hasn't said exactly when.

To start a mobile live streaming, content creators will just have to run the YouTube mobile app that now has the new feature.
Along with the above feature, YouTube has also introduced a feature that will help content creators monetize their live streams. Starting today, Super Chat will be available to content creators in more than 20 countries and viewers from more than 40 countries around the world.
Super Chat will allow viewers to comment and pay a small amount of money to emphasize bright colors or to stay pinned at the top of the conversations for up to five hours. The Super Chat chat feature was announced last month.
