Chrome 68: New Not Secure Version for All HTTP Pages

Google released the new browser 68 για όλες τις υποστηριζόμενες πλατφόρμες, Windows, Linux και macOS.

Chrome 68

From this version, Google Chrome will report all the that still use HTTP as Not Secure. The notification will appear in the address bar.

Prior to this release Google's Chrome only displayed pages as insecure when they used HTTP and required the user to provide sensitive information such as passwords s, or credit card details for example.

This change is only part of a wider Google plan to make the web safer. The next great version of Chrome browser (69 version), as we reported on previous publication will the HTTPS indicator, which means that when you open a page with the secure HTTPS protocol, you will not see the green padlock.

Of course, you can download the new version of Google Chrome for Windows, Linux and macOS from the link below.
