The Debian Development Team has released the fourth point release of Debian 9. In the new Debian 9.4, all the latest patches are included. So if you have already installed Debian 9 then you do not have to download any of the new ISO, just update your system.
In their announcement, the Debian project he says:
"The Debian project is pleased to announce the fourth information of the stable Debian 9 distribution (codename stretch). The point release adds mostly fixes for security issues, along with a few tweaks for serious issues. Security patches have already been published separately.”
Some notable packages they have updates for resolution bugfixes, included in this release are: clamav anti-virus, cups printing software and debian-installer which comes with a slightly newer kernel. The flatpak package system has also been updated to a newer version.
Security updates also received the following known software packages: Firefox, Thunderbird, Tor, Wireshark, OpenSSL, and Transmission.
