The Debian development team allocated the fourth point release of Debian 9. The new Debian 9.4 includes all the latest patches. So if you have already installed Debian 9 then you do not need to download any of the new ISOs, just update your system.
In their announcement, the Debian project he says:
The Debian project is pleased to announce the fourth update of the Debian 9 fixed distribution (codename stretch). The point release adds mostly fixes for security issues, along with a few tweaks for serious issues. Security patches have already been published separately.”
Some notable packages that have bug-fixing updates included in this release are: clamav anti-virus, the cups printing software, and debian-installer which comes with a slightly newer kernel. The package system flatpack it has also been updated to a newer version.
The following well-known software packages also received security updates: Firefox, Thunderbird, Tor, Wireshark, OpenSSL and Transmission.
