Facebook announced today that it will make its facial recognition settings available to everyone. He also announced that the new setting will be disabled by defaultchoice to new users (new registrations).
Anyone who does not already have this setting will receive a notification asking them to turn it on.
The new face recognition setting will replace the Suggestions tags, which let you know if someone was uploading a photo containing you. The new feature will automatically tag you. The feature was released for the first time in 2017, but it wasn't from the start available for all.
Facebook is now available to everyone, and those who get the new setting should turn it on.

Facebook with the new feature will let you know if someone has uploaded a photo of you but has not tagged you. According to company announcement, users will be able to manually add tags.
