Like today, at 11 August 1973, at a school party in Bronx, New York, dj Kool Herc had an amazing idea that created a new style in hip hop, the break. Playing at the same time with two turntables prolonged the orchestral break allowing the audience to dance longer. A style that later became dance, breakdance, art, fashion and a whole lot more.

Today's doodle by Google it's curated by graffiti artist Cey Adams and has 2 interactive turntables that let you create your own samples using well-known α απευθείας από την αρχική of Google.

To get started, all you have to do is control the two turntables with your mouse by creating sounds . Μπορείτε να επιλέξετε αυτόματο συγχρονισμό των δύο τραγουδιών ή να το κάνετε χειροκίνητα. Επίσης έχετε την δυνατότητα of the songs played by the turntables through a wide range of classic songs by artists such as George Clinton, The Isley Brothers, Billy Squire, and Betty Wright.

Although it is not the first time Google has been offering interactive music through doodle, Google's Ryan Germick said the project is one of the most complex in the company's history.

The group also worked with veterans of the hip hop music industry such as Fab 5 Freddy and Lyor Cohen, who currently heads the Music, to create the range of artists that will be integrated into the project.

Doodle can be seen on the Google homepage. If you want to learn more about the history behind this Google project you can visit this blog.
