The rumor is slowly being confirmed that Windows 11 is running everywhere. A computer student managed to run Windows 11 on a Windows Phone and specifically on the Lumia 950 XL model.
Student Gustave Monce created a short video showing Windows 11 running on a Microsoft mobile phone, one of the first Appliances που κυκλοφόρησαν με Windows 10 Mobile.
