Merriam-Webster: Fascism's first search term

Ο Merriam-Webster's Twitter account reported Sunday night that "fascism" was Sunday's top term on its website.

According to the website - dictionary, there were searches for them : "misogyny", "bigotry", "xenophobia", "racism" and "xenophobia" after Tuesday's US election.trump

(fascism bigot xenophobe racism socialism resurgence xenophobia misogyny)

I wonder why.

Additionally, it appears that searches for the term "fascism" saw a spike in Google Trends on the day he was named elected president.

Hmmm…

I'm not sure what this all means, but it's definitely something you should think about. Very.
