New improved Skype Preview

Microsoft announced a while ago that it released a preview version (Preview) for the "next generation" of Skype, which completely changes the .

New features added by Microsoft are options to select a color and customize it in the application UI, the new emoticon response feature in conversations or video calls, and the new highlights feature that lets you create a photo and video folder , and share them easily.

There is also a new shooting mode that instantly opens the camera when you turn it on. You can use it to take photos or videos, add text to them, or place emoticons on them before sharing them with others.

Another new feature is the search panel that is backed up by add-ons and bots to give you information from various sources.
