Ubuntu 18.04.1 LTS is the first of five planned points release that Canonical plans to release for Ubuntu 18.04 LTS (Bionic Beaver). The update includes all the latest security updates and software packages from April 26, 2018 onwards, the release date of Ubuntu 18.04 LTS.
Unfortunately, 18.04.1 LTS does not come with an updated kernel.
Ubuntu 18.04.1 LTS release is available for download for all official flavors: Kubuntu, Lubuntu, Xubuntu, Ubuntu MATE, Ubuntu Budgie and Ubuntu Kylin. We should mention that the first poin release in version 18.04.1 LTS comes as a Desktop and Live version Server & Hosting only for 64-bit systems, while all other flavors support both 32- and 64-bit systems.
Below you can download the ISO you are interested in only if you intend to make a new installation.
Those who already use 18.04 LTS (Bionic Beaver) can upgrade with the following command on your terminal:
sudo apt update && sudo apt full-upgrade
