Canonical announced today that the Ubuntu 19.04 operating system will reach the end of its life this month, on January 23, urging all users to upgrade to Ubuntu 19.10.
The Ubuntu 19.04 has been released, nine months ago on April 18, 2019, and was named by Canonical as the “Disco Dingo". She is the first version Ubuntu released with Linux 5.x kernel. It also includes the GNOME 3.32 desktop environment, a new theme for icons and various desktop improvements.
As of January 23rd, Canonical will no longer issue software updates and updates security for Ubuntu 19.04, which means users should consider upgrading to Ubuntu 19.10 (Eoan Ermine).

For best results and performance, it is recommended that you do a new installation of 19.05. But do not forget to back up your most important files before upgrading. And don't forget to upgrade your operating system before January 23, 2020.
